The Academy cordially invites you to a piano concert by Anastasia Vorotnaya in the Kalkhof-Rose concert hall on 23 September 2025 at 7 p.m. The pianist will perform works by Nikolai Medtner, Maurice Ravel, Fanny Mendelssohn, Grażyna Bacewicz and Vladimir Ryabov.

Following a brilliant performance in 2024, the Academy was able to engage Anastasia Vorotnaya again this year for a piano concert in the Kalkhof-Rose concert hall, for which she will come from Madrid. The exceptional Russian artist has been described in rave reviews as a 'child prodigy of the 21st century' and has already performed in 20 countries worldwide, in several concert halls and at international festivals. She has won numerous gold medals throughout her career, the first at the age of seven, including most recently first place at the Vienna New Year's Concert International Music Competition (Vienna, Austria) in 2022 and the gold medal at the third International Vienna Piano Competition (Vienna, Austria) in 2021.

Anastasia Vorotnaya attended the Togliatti Academy in 2001, the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory under Vasily Ermakov in 2004, and the Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía under Dmitri Bashkirov from 2012 to 2019, graduating with a bachelor's and master's degree. Since 2016, she has been studying at the Lake Como International Piano Academy (Dongo, Italy) and, since 2019, at Park University (Kansas City, USA) under Stanislav Ioudenitch. She is currently based in Madrid.

Entry is free. If you enjoyed the concert, we would appreciate a donation. The donation box is located to the right of the entrance to the Kalkhof-Rose concert hall. Admission tickets are required.
