Annual Conferences
The interest of the working group is initially directed towards contemporary history. Step by step, the connection between history and law will then be examined with a view to the earlier decades of the 20th century. The annual conferences will initially deal with significant court decisions by the highest courts or with international treaties, because both facts (the domain of historians) and norms (the domain of lawyers) interact in them and can be analysed in interrelation.
